- To make a reservation, guests are required to provide their name, contact details, arrival and departure dates, and payment information.
- A reservation becomes confirmed once it has been verbally or electronically accepted and a reservation confirmation number has been issued. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card covering the stay.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend reservations in cases of invalid payment details, fraudulent or inappropriate activity, errors, or non-compliance with our Terms & Conditions.
- Free cancellation notice before arrival: 14 days (low season), 30 days (high season), and 45 days (peak season).
- Cancellation and penalty conditions vary by rate, promotion, offer, and package and are stated at the time of booking.
- Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, shortening your stay, or checking out early may result in a penalty according to the applicable rate's Cancellation Policy.
- Third person will be charged 50% of the package; all value adds are included as per the original booking.
