Es ist ein wirklich tolles Hotel – ruhig gelegen, direkt am Strand und ideal zum Entschleunigen. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Essen war hervorragend, mit einer tollen Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr umfangreiche Weihnachtsbuffet – von klassischem Truthahn bis zu thailändischen Spezialitäten war alles dabei. Der Service ist unschlagbar: Alle Mitarbeitenden waren großartig – von der Rezeption über die Poolbar bis hin zum Restaurant. Ein besonderer Dank geht an May, Dang, Ploy, Bella und Feem sowie an das gesamte Team. Schon beim Empfang an der Rezeption haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. 13 nights spent at TUI Blue The Passage Samui for Christmas and New Year. A big thank you for the welcome and the daily life organized by the hotel. The place is idyllic. A very pretty resort on the beach, which has very fine sand and an imperial sunset. Ploy is an excellent dancer but above all provides exceptional service with a smile and great helpfulness. M, whose only smile invites you to come back to this hotel, is exemplary in kindness and will take you on a journey with his bartending skills. Bella is not to be outdone either, with her bursts of laughter and her sympathy, the assurance of having an excellent stay without any problems. The hotel would be nothing without its butler, concerned about your daily well-being, and remaining smiling despite the imponderables of the weather. A professional and quality service overall. Regarding the bungalows, they offer sufficient comfort and correspond in every way to the photos on the internet. The garden view villas may lack lounge chairs but have a small table with two chairs that do their job well. This villa enjoys privacy compared to the pool villas and pool villas. The bungalows are cleaned every day and everything necessary is made available to visitors so that nothing is missing, such as bath towels in particular. We were present on the island of Koh Samui 20 years ago. We observed its denaturization during this trip, where resorts and SPAs clearly took the lead over the pretty wooden bungalows of the time and where wild nature was introduced into the complexes. Disappointed with the urbanization of the island, but happy to have been able to stay in this hotel, which will still require a means of transport to get around the island (renting a two-wheeler remains ideal given the traffic). It was dark when we arrived and so it wasn’t until the following morning that I properly saw our hotel. I had purposefully chosen Tui Blue The Passage because it was small, it had beachfront villas and it was on the quiet side of the island. We opened our curtains and could see the sea and palm trees swaying in the breeze. Our garden had a small pool, 2 sun loungers (with a parasol) and a double swing bed thing with a shade. Our sons had one of the cheapest rooms but spent a lot of time at our villa. There was room for all 4 of us. Breakfast was good and varied. It was a self service buffet apart from coffee which had to be ordered and often took a long time to arrive. We had cocktails in happy hour one night – buy one get one free. They had to be the same and weren’t great. The menu in the restaurant was quite expensive and there was 10% service charge + 7% tax added to the bill. My son had a couple of free Muay Thai lessons. He and I had a massage on the last day which were very cheap and very good. We were able to walk up the beach to Beryl’s bar and walk down the beach to Nathon (being mindful of the tides) but to get anywhere else needed a taxi. Just be aware of this when considering this hotel. I’m not saying don’t stay there but it is a bit cut off. I would recommend this hotel.

TUI BLUE The Passage in Koh Samui is a place that will stay in my heart forever. From the moment I arrived, it felt like stepping into a dream, calm, private, and surrounded by so much natural beauty. The sunsets over the ocean were the most breathtaking I’ve ever seen, and each day felt like a little piece of magic. My villa was perfect in every way, with its own pool and direct access to the beach. Waking up there felt like pure bliss. Every detail was so thoughtful, and I felt so cared for the entire stay. But what truly made this place unforgettable was the people. Every single staff member went above and beyond with genuine warmth and kindness. They didn’t just make me feel welcome, they made me feel at home. Special shoutout to Ink, Feem, M, Ployi, Ant, Yaya, Jo, Kiki, and Vicki (sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone) Their smiles, care, and attention turned an already beautiful resort into one of the most special experiences of my life.🩷🩷 The food, the activities, the peaceful setting, it was all incredible. But it was the feeling this place gave me that will stay with me forever. I left TUI BLUE with a full heart, feeling grateful, refreshed, and already counting down the days until I can return. This isn’t just a resort, it’s a memory I’ll treasure for life🩷

We stayed at TUI Blue Koh Samui from 10–13 October 2024 with three families for my daughters birthday. Each in a pool access villa, and it was such a wonderful experience. The villas were spacious and perfect for families with kids—the direct pool access kept everyone happy and entertained. Being right on the clean calm beach made it even better, and our favorite part was going for a sunset kayak every evening—a magical way to end the day. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay. The resort has a relaxed, family-friendly vibe—peaceful. A perfect choice for families looking for comfort, beachside fun, and unforgettable sunsets. We’d love to come back!

Outstanding in every way! The rooms are beautiful, luxurious, high ceilings. We stayed in the pool villa, very reasonably priced especially when compared to other resorts on the island. The staff are many and provide excellent care and are very attentive. The pools are deep and gorgeous. Restaurant is good with a wide selection. Can't say enough about this place, I will definitely be back.

Recently stayed in a gorgeous garden villa in Oct 2025. If you want to stay somewhere away from the hussle and bussle of the main town areas - this is the place for you! All the staff are wonderful and so helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Smile and Pim!!!!! Highlights for me: - Off season at this time was lovely and quiet - My garden villa was perfect! Nice and big and clean - Resort food very tasty and fresh. Very well priced! - There is a massage place 2 min walk along the beach - bit cheaper than resort (just because I was on a budget) - Great Thai restaurant also 2 min walking from resort - The massage ladies also do a laundry service - Free shuttle to local town Nathon every day - book the day before. Pick up from resort at 10am and pick up in Nathon 1pm - plenty of time for shopping and massage - Sunsets were incredible! Had the beach to ourselves a couple of nights! - If you leave your room to be made up they also give you 2L of water, coke cans and snacks (peanuts and chips/crisps)

We came here with a couple of friends. There is no doubt that this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, both we and the other couple. Service 10/10. The breakfast buffet is excellent, although it could add a little more cheese and a selection of vegetables. Overall, an excellent experience. It is important to note that for those who do not travel by motorcycle or car, it is a little difficult because the hotel is not very close to the central areas. We were with a scooter, so it was relatively convenient for us because we have no problem driving fifteen minutes in that direction.

Süsses kleines Resort für einen kurzen Zeitraum. Die Lage ist nicht Optimal aber für eine Auszeit toll. Service sehr aufmerksam, besonders die Ladys an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Die Männer in Restaurant sind oft überfordert und nicht so freundlich wie die Ladys. Die kostenpflichtigen Aktivitäten sind zu überdenken.

Emplacement à 10 minutes d’un petit night market très chouette pour manger le soir. Possibilité de louer un scooter depuis l’hôtel ou de le prendre à côté du night market. Jolie plage et piscine sympa. Petit déjeuné sympa également. Bonne literie en chambre. Le personnel de l’hôtel est gentil et à l’écoute. Attention prévoyez à l’avance vos taxi si vous le souhaitez. Le rythme thaï est parfois un peu en décalage avec le rythme européen ;)

We had the most wonderful experience at Tui Blue The Passage, where we stayed for one week in the Garden Villa. The location is incredible, away from any busy towns and the private beach is simply stunning. Although you would need a taxi to get to any other town, the resort has everything you need & tours generally pick you up from the resort so this wasn’t an issue. Every moment of the day feels like paradise with the most perfect sunset view every evening. We loved our room, there was an issue with the AC but it was resolved very quickly and the amazing staff were very understanding and immediately got to work fixing it. The customer service is amazing and everyone is very happy and it’s a very well run resort. Special thanks to Henri for making it such a great experience. The food was also delicious at the restaurant and the cocktails were equally great. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options as did the lunch/dinner menu. There was also a seafood bbq evening with was amazing during our stay. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back again, we highly recommend this resort if you’re visiting Koh Samui!

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel in perfekter Lage. Hotel & Strand sind nicht überfüllt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super nett und sehr bemüht. Zimmer sehr schön, sauber und geräumig. Restaurant bietet eine große Auswahl, Preise natürlich teurer als in der Umgebung aber das ist ja üblich. Pools sind sehr schön, die Villa mit Zugang zum Pool ist sehr zu empfehlen, da man eine eigene überdachte Liege hat. Ansonsten gibt es viele Liegen mit direkten Blick aufs Meer, dort war auch immer was frei.

Très jolie hôtel,bien entretenue.Les chambres spacieuses bien équipée,nous avons pris une pool villa avec piscine au calme vu sur mer c’était reposant et relaxant de ce levé avec un lever et un coucher du soleil.Le personnel très gentil,serviable et toujours le sourire. Le point négatif l’hôtel est loin des commerces ce qui oblige un déplacement en taxi moyennement entre 600/700bath à prévoir en plus dans le budget.Le petit déjeuner,varier mais les baguettes sont dure comme du bétons du début du séjour à la fin,le café sur commande laisse à désirer,par contre le restaurant très bon.

Just spent 10 nights here with the Luxury Escapes all inclusive package. We loved the grounds, pools and beach here, nice and flat and well kept. Always someone tidying up gardens and sand. The only criticism we had would be that the lunch and dinner menus are the same and the luxury escapes package has its own menu for food and drinks so not everything is included. Choosing from the same menu for 20 meals in a row was not ideal. Breakfast was a great buffet with everything you could want to choose from. Location was nice and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle but it is a bit isolated with no other restaurants or bars within walking distance. The staff are the biggest asset here, especially Hnin and Muay who were super friendly, caring and helpful. Was also lovely to see the bosses were hands on helping the staff all the time. Henri runs a great group here. We loved our time and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quieter holiday with great service.

Wonderful experience with great staff! We arrived 4 hours early after a long flight and they put us in another villa where we could shower and sleep! We had the 2 bed beach front with pool. Fantastic. A little upgrade on the sofa would be nice ;-)

Great hotel, we had a pleasant stay there. It’s not too far away from Chaweng if you go by car or scooter. The beach is really chill, 100% natural. The room was cleaned every day properly, and the receptionists are really helpful and kind. I highly recommend their watermelon shake.😃

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen wir hatten das Zimmer mit Poolzugang - absolut empfehlenswert, da man hier direkt ein Daybed am Pool reserviert hat. Das Personal war sehr Aufmerksam. Die Preise im Restaurant fand ich etwas zu hoch, auch wenn die Qualität gut war.

Très bel hôtel dans un cadre idyllique et donnant sur une plage magnifique. Le personnel est charmant et les bungalows sont spacieux. C'est très calme et idéal pour se reposer. Deux jolies piscines. Des activités sont proposées : yoga, cours de cuisine Thaï (que je recommande vivement, cours particulier avec le chef puis dégustation du repas en famille)

Un hôtel formidable dans un cadre idyllique. Deux très belles piscines, des bungalows spacieux et un restaurant au bord d'une plage magnifique (une des plus belles de l'île). Un endroit ideal, au calme. Le personnel est charmant et prévenant. Des activités sont proposées : yoga, Aqua gym etc... Il y a également un cours de cuisine Thaï (que je recommande vivement : cours particulier avec le chef du restaurant puis dégustation du repas cuisiné en famille, un régal). Tout est réuni pour passer un très agréable moment à Koh Samui.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen und ein super hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Ich hab durchweg positive Erfahrungen in dem Hotel gemacht. Leider war ich nur zwei Nächte da. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es wird auch ein Hotelshuttle angeboten. Auch wenn man alleine beim Frühstück ist, wird man sehr nett empfangen und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Tolle Zimmer, sehr sauber, schöner Pool und Liegen mit Ausblick auf das Meer mit Sonnenuntergang

We enjoyed a lot our stay. Chilled environment and great rooms w private swimming pool. Beautiful and calm beach access and sunsets. Perfect for children. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Particular mention to Joe, Ronald, Yaranee and Muna. Restaurant was quite good but too expensive for Thai standards. There is a great little place next door to the hotel where you can have cheaper and good lunch. Great massage is offered at the beach (1m from hotel).

Heavenly. If you have heard the stories about Thailand's untouched white beaches, warm crystal seas with sunsets that melt into the ocean you'll love The Passage Hotel, Koh Samui. I took two weeks off work as needed to go somewhere quiet but lovely and safe to completely unwind. This was the exact right place. There's a gigantic pool where you can see the palm trees reflection as you swim and at night you can hear the gentle crick of the cicadas as sparkling stars light up the sky. The rooms are so comfortable that I had the best sleeps I've had in years. Add to this, ultra 5 star service from the wonderful manager Axel and his perfect team.

What an amazing place! The amenities, rooms and staff are so good. Everything feels like a 5-star hotel. Special thanks to Naing for the welcoming and professional service in the hotel restaurant. Overall very happy with the service, location and the altogether professionalism of the hotel and its staff. Will defenitely return and recommend this place to everyone.

Wir hatten als kleine Familie mit einem 1,5 jährigen wirklich einen traumhaften Aufenthalt von einer Woche. Das Personal ist unglaublich lieb und sehr bemüht. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr harmonisch geschnitten und der Strand ist ein Traum. Das Wasser ist nicht sehr tief und somit ideal für selbst kleine Kinder . Man kann bei Ebbe wirklich entspannen. Ich kann diesen Ort wirklich allen Eltern und Personen die entspannen wollen empfehlen. Man hat wirklich tolle Villen mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Das Essen ist relativ gut. Es gibt jedoch nur wenige Schritte entfernt ein tolles Café, Restaurant und Massage. Etwa 500 Meter entfernt sind weitere tolle Restaurants und Bars. Das schönste war für uns der romantische Sonnenuntergang . Ich bin begeistert und schon wehmütig

Stayed here for 3 nights in March 2024. Had one of the oceanfront pool villas. Great choice! Beautiful sunset from the villa. The resort was very nice. Staff was amazing. Food was good. The only drawback for people could be the remoteness. Nathon Town is a cab ride away and not really that exciting either. The main action in Koh Samui is on the North and East side, but if quiet is your thing, then the resort is perfect. We loved it!

Wir haben hier wundervolle Tage verbracht ,in einer Villa mit Poolzugang...wir waren mit unserem ursprünglichen Hotel absolut unzufrieden und haben spontan dieses paradiesische Resort gebucht ...Ruhe ,grüne Oase ,Abgeschiedenheit ,sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal ,unsere saubere Villa mit allem Komfort und gutes Essen haben uns diesen Aufenthalt sehr versüsst ... wir möchten uns bei allen bedanken und wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder

Ein Ort an dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Selten so freundliches Personal erlebt. Toller Pool, umwerfender Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, schöner Palmstrand. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

The garden villa we stayed in was gorgeous and location right on the beach was perfect for us. The food in the restaurant was ok, but we got sick after eating the bruschetta there one evening and they don’t follow the allergy chart. I ordered something without milk (due to allergies) and they added cheese. They were quick to fix it but had I not been able to see the ingredients it would have meant a whole world of pain and we therefore didn’t risk eating there after that.

This our second visit to this magical hotel! We visited 8years ago and our previous expectations were met and more !!! Still for our family the BEST part of Koh Samui - quiet, peaceful and naturally beautiful. Simply a magical setting !!!!! The sea and pools are breathtaking!!!! Our pool villa was beautiful, neat , clean and well maintained!!!! We loved the staff “X”, “Wat” and “Fah” simply wonderful, friendly, helpful and gentle. When we sat down on the morning we did not even need to ask for our coffee order, it was bought to us !! We can not recommend this wonderful hotel enough for its setting, staff, location, beauty and service

A great hotel in a quiet location. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. The location is excellent, not far from the pier and yet quiet. The best thing, however, is the truly outstanding service of this team, especially Mr X!

Myself and my partner arrived in Koh Samui and originally stayed at a hotel beforehand, we ended up staying there for one night as our experience in Koh Samui was going to be ruined. I found the Passage online, and thankfully it had availability for the rest of the week so I booked it, and wow I am so glad I did. Where do I start? The staff were just absolutely lovely, so kind and helpful. The pool was beautiful, the room itself was amazing and the food was too! I couldn’t recommend this place enough, I wish I stayed here for longer but I have recommended it to our family and friends. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Die Hotelanlage liegt abseits von belebten Geschäften, was somit auch zum relaxen einlädt. Allerdings benötigt man einen fahrbaren Untersatz oder ein Taxi um irgendwo hinzukommen, denn die Insel bietet einige Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer/ Häuser sind sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist locker und versteht auch Spass, jedoch sollte man nicht den deutschen Eifer erwarten, sondern etwas Geduld und Humor mitbringen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, schon allein weil Joy vom Empfang um die Gäste sehr bemüht ist. Das Hotel bietet Tagesausflüge an, hat einen Fitnessbereich sowie einen schönen Massagebereich. Ein Tip: ca. 300 m recht am Strand entlang gibt es ein Speiselokal und ein Cafē - beides sehr zu empfehlen!

Прекрасний готель! Знаходиться в джунглях, поруч живуть місцеві та є ферма, конюшня. Точно не підійде людям без авто та тим хто любить міські зручності. Тут тиша та відсутність цивілізації. Немає магазинів, аптек та іншого. Персонал дуже добре говорить англійською. Немає дитячого меню, для дітей мало зручностей. Сніданки є, але шведська лінія сама маленька, через маленьку мешканців готелю. Для такого місця дуже приємна ціна. Море чисте, гарне, ввечері бувають відпливи і для дітей це рай. На заході сонця дуже гарно.

Beautiful resort, sat in the restaurant overlooking the sea is amazing! Staff very friendly here and all over the island! The food in the restaurant is amazing, we were always made to feel welcome, very attentive staff nothing was too much trouble. Wat in the restaurant was lovely to talk too, amazing English and a lovely person .

Peaceful and well cared for. I enjoyed the fitness center, the cappuccinos, the waters, the massages, the genuine goodness from staff. I booked 1 night, then another, then 5, and now I book 2 more. Happy upgrade from my usually budget travels.

The friendliest staff we have ever experienced. Every wish is implemented asap. Late checkout was also possible, because our flight was late in the evening. It is a quite hotel without public traffic at the beach.

Wir haben 5 Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht, wurden immer herzlich und freundlich empfangen und haben uns jederzeit sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal gibt sich wirklich größte Mühe den Gast zu versorgen. Leider sind einige Wartungsarbeiten aufgrund der Corona Schließung überfällig und müssen dringend erledigt werden. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem WiFi und waren mit der Außenanlage an unserem Bungalow unzufrieden und meldeten das auch dem Manager. Der war sehr einsichtig und setzte alle Anliegen sofort um. Zum Standort gibt's nur eins zu schreiben. Ruhe und Erholung. Beste Aussicht am Strand.

Hotel położy daleko od wszystkiego musisz mieć samochód lub skuter ale jest cisza i spokój piękne baseny z ogrodami. Jedynym bardzo dużym minusem tragiczne śniadanie zasługują na hotel 2 * naprawdę nie polecam śniadań są tragiczne jeżeli zastanawiasz się nad tym hotelem to nawet nie dopłacaj do śniadań bo są nic nie warte

Tolles und ruhiges Anwesen. Mit besonders netten und liebenswerten Angestellten die zu Teil unsere Freude geworden sind. Es waren leider nur wenig Angestellte da, diese haben sich aber im wahrsten Sinne die Beine ausgerissen , um uns Gäste einen wunderbaren Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Besonders vielen Dank an Pui und Benz die besten Kellner und Barkeeper Team und unsere Liebe Fongbeer die für alles eine Lösung hatte. Das war ein wunderschönes Urlaub

เป็นส่วนตัวดี พนักงานบริการดี โรงแรมน่าจะสร้างมาสักพักแล้วครับ อาจเก่าไปนิดนึง ในห้องไม่มีอ่าง ห้องน้ำแคบ ทีวีดูได้ 4 ช่อง ดูรู้เรื่อง 3 ช่อง กับอีก1 ช่องอินเดีย ติดหาดครับ แต่ตอนมาน้ำทะเลอยู่ไกลมาก การเล่นน้ำทะเลอาจเป็นไปไม่ค่อยได้ มีสาหร่ายมาเกยตื้นทุกวัน เงียบสงบดีครับ อาหารเช้าเป็นเซ็ท ข้าวต้ม กับแบบเมกัน

ที่พักไม่ห่างจากท่าเรือที่หน้าทอน ขับรถไม่เกิน 10 นาที เป็นโรงแรมที่เห็นพระอาทิตย์ตก (แต่เราไม่เห็นเพราะฟ้าปิด ฝนตกก่อนหน้า เสียดายมากๆค่ะ) ที่พักเงียบสงบ เหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อนมากๆ พนักงานดี บริการประทับใจ ห้องพักสะอาด แต่มีกลิ่นอับนิดหน่อยค่ะ เราพักห้อง garden ห้องใหญ่มาก โปร่งๆเลย ติดนิดนึงคืออยากได้กุญแจ 2 อันค่ะ อาหารเช้าตอนเราไปเป็นเมนูแล้วสั่ง คาดว่าถ้ามีคนไปพักเยอะอาจจะเปิดไลน์แบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ หาดนี่เหมือนหาดส่วนตัวเลย เงียบสงบ ทรายละเอียด น้ำทะเลไม่คันเลยค่ะ แฮปปี้มากกกก ตอนนี้ราคาเป็นมิตรมากค่ะ อยากให้โรงแรมมีลูกค้าเยอะๆ ไว้คราวหน้าถ้ามีโอกาสจะไปพักอีกนะคะ

I have been very good, the place is paradisiacal and the treatment of the staff is great, I highly recommend the place. It is very well located, it has a wonderful beach and incredible views. In my case, I am celiac and they have been worried about my diet at all times.
